Signature Program: New Supervisor Academy
Two-day, in person program built exclusively for 911 professionals who are newly promoted, recently placed in a supervisory role, or preparing to move into one.
Day one addresses the identity shift from peer to supervisor, including how to establish presence and rapport, navigate the first 90 days of leadership, and build credibility before a single difficult conversation happens.
Day two focuses directly on workplace culture. How to define the standard, coach to it, and document when it matters. Leaders will also learn how they have an impact on culture regardless of what they do every day.
Participants leave with practical tools they can apply immediately, not concepts they have to translate back to a 911 environment on their own.
