Workshops and academies for supervisors, managers, and directors

Examples are drawn from 911 and public safety. The principles apply to any team where one person’s behavior sets the tone for everyone.

Signature program

Establishing Success: The Leadership Academy

Academy · Multi-session

The signature program for new and soon-to-be supervisors. It brings leadership presence, communication, culture, accountability, coaching, and documentation together into one applied development experience, built for organizations that want lasting behavioral and cultural change. Three courses, taken in sequence, carry a supervisor from the first day in the chair to holding a culture standard the whole shift can see.

Responsible For: Me to We covers the move from peer to supervisor: the identity shift, the former coworkers, and the first conversations that set the tone. Serve and Protect: The Art of Servant Leadership builds a leader who serves the team without disappearing on it or rescuing it. Implementing Cultural Change: The ACE Method gives supervisors the standard and the tools to hold it: Act, Coach, Engage.

The courses can run on consecutive days or be spread across several months, so the pace fits your schedule, staffing, and budget. When the program is spread out, structured assignments between sessions keep the work going on the floor.

After: new supervisors who know what changed when they took the job, model the standards they expect, and build accountability that sticks in high-pressure environments.

Culture and performance

Implementing Cultural Change: The ACE Method

Workshop · Keynote

How workplace culture forms, how it degrades, and how it can be rebuilt with clear expectations, using real-life scenarios, guided discussions, documentation practice, and applied role playing.

After: leaders who close the gap between stated values and daily behaviors.
