KEYNOTES
Three talks, each tailored to your audience
Culture is Allowed, Not Created
Keynote · Breakout · Workshop
Culture is not posters, slogans, or mission statements. It is what leaders allow, ignore, and confront. This talk gives leaders the ACE Method (Act, Coach, Engage) and a standard they can hold on the next shift.
Your audience leaves able to
Define workplace culture and explain how individual behavior impacts team performance
Identify common cultural disruptors, including negative team members, manipulators, and informal leaders
Write clear, objective, and defensible documentation entries
PER My Last Email: Presence, Engagement, and Rapport in the Workplace
Keynote · Workshop
How leaders show up, remain visible, and build credibility through presence and engagement during everyday interactions with their staff. It takes small interactions on a consistent basis to chip away at the “wall of rapport” that exists between us.
Your audience leaves able to
Strengthen connection and trust in every interaction
Build rapport quickly, even during high-stress incidents
Break down the “wall of rapport” using Presence, Engagement, and Rapport
“Thank you so much for making this class relatable to the 911 world. Your experience and real world examples made this class so valuable.” PER My Last Email workshop attendee
Responsible For: Me to We
Workshop · Breakout
You used to be responsible for what you did. Now you’re responsible for what your team does. For new supervisors leading former peers, a problem every industry has.
Your audience leaves able to
Understand and articulate the identity shift from individual contributor to supervisor
Name the specific challenges of supervising former peers, and have a plan for them
Use the AIRO framework to conduct structured, defensible feedback conversations
